“That level of visibility is definitely new in my HR career,” added Bauer. “At previous companies, I had to track and update everything myself in a spreadsheet.”

Now, Sparrow organizes all TripleLift’s leave information, including payroll. Along with setting up automatic payroll calculations and accounting for top-ups, Sparrow generates custom payroll reports for TripleLift.
