Product Updates |
We are excited to announce that we have launched significant enhancements to our HRIS integrations in Beta. |

We have just opened up our Beta for integrating with BambooHR. If you manage a high volume of leaves, Sparrow’s HRIS integration makes adding employees to the Sparrow dashboard faster, easier, and less error-prone: we will pull your employee information from your HRIS and you can simply look them up on our dashboard by their work email address. Additionally, we can keep critical data like salary information up to date automatically to ensure we make accurate estimates for leave benefits. |

We are also currently running a Beta for two-way integrations with Workday. With a two-way integration, in addition to Sparrow pulling over employee data, we will also be able to push leave data (leave types, dates, etc.) back to your Workday instance. As any details about the leave are updated in Sparrow, the integration will automatically update those in Workday as well. |

ISO 27701 |
Recognized for handling its customers’ sensitive data securely, Sparrow attained its ISO 27701 certification, a globally acknowledged standard that outlines the requirements for Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS). |

Sparrow earned its ISO 22301 certification, an international standard validating its implementation of a robust Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) to ensure the resilience and continuity of its operations in the event of disruptions. |

Illinois expands bereavement leave rights for two groups of employees
