Sparrow’s high-tech, high-touch approach to leave management means that we are constantly improving both our software and customer experience. Here are some exciting developments.

Product Updates

It has been a year since Sparrow’s first HRIS integration went live. Our customers with high leave volume have found this saves them time spent initiating leaves with Sparrow. We now have implemented integrations with Workday, Paylocity, UKG, and ADP. Please reach out to your Leave Specialist at [email protected] with questions.

Compliance Updates

Sparrow’s in-house Legal and Compliance team regularly reviews and summarizes updates to compliance. This is an active time for leave-related legislation, so we’ve summarized several key highlights from California, Illinois, and Rhode Island, along with the latest federal protections for pregnant and nursing employees.
