Coming Soon! |
Here are a few highlights from our product roadmap we are excited to share with you: |
Employee Self-Initiated Leaves We are finalizing a new feature which allows employees to initiate their own leaves in Sparrow, without HR teams needing to start the process. HR teams will be automatically notified of new leaves added by employees. |
 |
This update will also introduce new workflows for HR teams, including:
- A Tasks section
- A Leaves Requiring Attention dashboard section
- More automated notifications, including a digest of all outstanding tasks
We are excited to continue developing these new workflow enhancements for wider use, including for customers who do not choose to enable self-initiated leaves. |
